  • Help you to get you pre – approved for a home loan if you need it                                         
  • Custom Automated Home Search based on your criteria                                                        
  • I will cross check the MLS system daily to make sure you are seeing every home that        meets your criteria and schedule all showings for you                                                        
  • Coordinate virtual showings with you via FaceTime if needed to find a home                
  • Perform a market analysis on chosen properties                                                                      
  • Provide an estimated net sheet with involved costs in the transaction                              
  • Contact the Listing Agent before writing an offer, to find out the most information possible before writing the offer
  • Draft any offers that you would like to submit, go over all offers paperwork with you and answer any questions you may have
  • Negotiate offers to ensure you are getting the best possible deal and the best possible terms
  • Follow up with Listing Agent for offer status updates and constantly update you on the status of your offer
  • Once your offer is accepted, I will coordinate with Title Company to open an escrow and give you instructions for your earnest money delivery
  • Schedule all inspections for you
  • Make sure all contract timelines are met
  • Follow up few times per week or as needed with the Title Company, Lender, Listing Agent to make sure closing is on schedule and keep you updated throughout the process 
  • Schedule and perform the Final Walk Through with you
  • Coordinate with you, Title and Lender on getting the closing documents signed
  • Contact you immediately upon closing/recordation and deliver you the keys to your new phone
  • Refer you an agent out of state if you or any of your family or friends are moving out of state
  • Represent you with a new builder (new construction agent represents only a builder)
  • If you sign a contract with a new builder, you will be unrepresented during a contract
